Heavy storms over the past week have worsened the extremely difficult situation of the hundreds of thousands of evacuated civilians in the territory, as stated by aid agencies.

"We are working relentlessly to bring in that relief and to allocate it, but the size of the needs is so immense that we continue to see a great number of families and children who are truly struggling each evening," stated one representative.
The second phase of the ceasefire encompasses arrangements for the reconstruction of Gaza, along with future administration, the removal of personnel, and other conditions.
Humanitarian organizations have highlighted the imperative for "greater and continuous humanitarian assistance to meet immediate and ongoing needs."
